1949 VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE AUTOMOBILE

I saw a red one like this that I had in the late 60s or early 70s....at Taco Bell yesterday. But mine was one of the first "automatic" VWs!. The one I saw yesterday looked like the most recent year model! AhHHHH! Perfect for Floriday's weather yesterday! Sunny day...blue sky...no clouds...windows down...!

3007 US counties to see on these computer chairs trip!
This trip is fun like Star Trek's "The Next Generation's" characters visits to their Holadeck . Like them we can stop when we want and go back to the places when we want. We can pick the postcards we want like they picked their characters, time and places. Originally I was going to do all the counties in one state and then move to another state. But that became boring. So that's what this update is all about. The Star Trek crew could go in and out and take breaks if they wanted. And that is what I have done also. Life has recently dealt me unexpected turns that have taken much of my time but now I am ready to travel again! So come along and join the fun
