County: Duval County
State: Florida
County Seat: Jacksonville
This county formed from the original county St. Johns.

***Jacksonville is the largest city in Florida by population.
***Jacksonville is the largest city by area in the contiguous U.S.
*** Jacksonsville is the home of the Gator Bowl on January 1st of each year.
*** Pat Boone is a Jacksonville native.
***The Allman Brothers Band formed here in 1967.

Time to head out to Stop #5. Buckle up!

Greetings Postcard Travelers! Buckle up your Lazyboy Recliner! We are getting ready to launch our next trip. Grab your sweater and umbrella. Make sure you have your Diet Pepsi and Moon Pie! Here we go:

UPDATE:
3007 US counties to see on these computer chairs trip!
This trip is fun like Star Trek's "The Next Generation's" characters visits to their Holadeck . Like them we can stop when we want and go back to the places when we want. We can pick the postcards we want like they picked their characters, time and places. Originally I was going to do all the counties in one state and then move to another state. But that became boring. So that's what this update is all about. The Star Trek crew could go in and out and take breaks if they wanted. And that is what I have done also. Life has recently dealt me unexpected turns that have taken much of my time but now I am ready to travel again! So come along and join the fun
